WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All of our products are shipped directly from our partners. We do not have a retail physical location.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We love our international customers. We offer shipping at the current rates from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS from the United States of America. You will be contacted to arrange for international shipping. FOR ITAR AND OTHER LEGAL REASONS, WE DO NOT SHIP OUR FIREARM SERVICING PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not ship our firearm servicing products internationally due to legal and ITAR restrictions. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

As a small business, many of our products are shipped directly from our partners and manufacturers which could possible incure delays outside our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
To request a return, exchange or refund, please contact us directly. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no signs of usage, washing, wear, or tear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to exchange products for the same item unless the item is defective or you are changing sizes.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You may also refund for a store credit to use at a later date.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
