BADASS PATRIOT LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Badass Patriot, we take pride in designing and manufacturing premium firearm maintenance products that are built to perform and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our products with our Lifetime Warranty.

What Is Covered

We warrant that all Badass Patriot-manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser under normal use and intended application.

If a Badass Patriot product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or equivalent product
Issue store credit for the original purchase value if the first two do not remedy the defect.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, or other external events
Loss, theft, or intentional destruction of the product

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with:

Your name and contact information
Proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Photos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning or replacing the product if necessary.

Badass Patriot reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty evaluation and determine warranty eligibility. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

By purchasing, using, or handling any Badass Patriot, LLC products or our firearm cleaning and servicing products, you acknowledge and agree that firearms ownership, maintenance, cleaning, repair, modification, and operation involve inherent risks.

The user assumes all responsibility and liability for the safe and proper use of all products and for any resulting damage, injury, death, loss, or other consequences arising from their use. Badass Patriot, LLC products are intended to assist with firearm maintenance and are not a substitute for proper firearms training, safe handling practices, manufacturer instructions, or professional gunsmithing services.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all firearms are unloaded, safe to handle, and maintained in accordance with the firearm manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. Always consult your firearm manufacturer's manuals, policies, and guidelines before performing cleaning, maintenance, repairs, modifications, or armorer-level work.

Badass Patriot, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to firearm damage, property damage, personal injury, death, or financial loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or any other use of its products.

By using any Badass Patriot, LLC product, you expressly release and hold harmless Badass Patriot, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of its products.
